What's a Lead Finder?
A person who spots leads and sends this info to a lead generating company as "Houzillion".
How it works?
Once registered leads convert into a high quality lead, you will enter a raffle to get a chance to win $500 dollars.
How do I get paid?
You'll get paid via direct deposit as a raffle winner 1099-MISC.

As a raffle winner you’ll get paid 24 to 36 hours after raffle winner is announced.
It's Houzillion a Licensed Broker?
No. We do send your leads to Licensed professionals in the real estate industry.
What does a Lead Finder do?
Lead finder/Lead Spotter registers people interested in buying or selling their house. Rather than practicing real estate, a lead finder manages relationships, recommends our educational series, and lets our designated real estate agents take care of listing and negotiating the sale.
What's a Raffle Participant?
Houzillion refers to a Raffle Participant as a person who register a lead interested in buying or selling a house.
What is a 1099-MISC?
It's a IRS Form. 1099-MISC is a record that tracks money which is paid to a non-employee.
How do I set up Direct Deposits?
First you have to sign up. If you are one of our raffle winners we'll send you an email inviting you to fill out and submit your W-9 info. You'll either log in with an existing INTUIT account if you have one, or create a free account to securely share your tax info with INTUIT. The whole process should only take a few minutes.
How do I enter my bank account info?
After you set up your Tax Info, you'll receive another email form INTUIT requesting bank account info for direct deposits. Simply follow the instructions and verify bank account info.
What If I want to update my bank account info?
You can do this directly from your INTUIT account.
Is there a limit to register leads?
No, there's not limit. Keep in mind you only get a chance to win $500 for high quality leads, the more leads to convert into high quality leads the more chances to win!
What happens if lead has already been registered?
Houzillion will consider the first lead finder who registered the lead as "first comes, first serves" you'll receive an email saying your lead has already been registered by someone else.
How do I know if my lead registration went through?
Houzillion will send you an email confirmation saying you have successfully registered your lead!

Will Houzillion or the designated agent keep me posted when lead sells their home?
No. Houzillion nor the designtated agent will not share any real estate sale information. We only share with you our four types of lead status: Processing ; Active ; High Quality Lead (HQL) or Inactive.
What happens if my lead doesn't buy or sell a property in one year?
Houzillion will honor lead submission for up to 12 months. Your lead will go from processing to inactive. After 12 months you're welcome to register your lead back.
What benefits will my leads get?
Your leads will get free access to one of our designated agents buyer/seller educational series, also your lead will have access to all our future non-mls inventory.
How do I know my lead is being taking care of?
You will see this lead in your Records from the member's area changing status from "Processing" to "Active"
What's a High Quality Lead - HQL?
A Buyer lead who has been pre-approved and complies with all the requirements to purchase a home, or a Seller lead who has listed their house for sale and complies with all the requirements to sell their home. Lead MUST BE willing, able and ready to buy or sell a house in the "Current Market".
Will I enter the raffle only if my lead goes from Active to HQL?
YES! only after Houzillion has approved High Quality Lead "HQL". which means your lead was willing, able and ready to buy or sell their house in the "Current Market".
What Inactive Status means?
It means your lead has decided not to proceed or simply is unable to buy or sell a house. It can also mean that your lead has decided not to work with one of our designated agents.
Does HQL means my lead purchased or sold their house?
Not necessarily. Status can change to High Quality Lead "HQL" during the real estate process as well.
Am I allowed to promote myself as a real estate salesperson or real estate agent?
No. You are not selling real estate. You are considered a Lead Finder. Under Houzillion Terms you are consider a "Lead Spotter". You will only be sending interested buyers or sellers leads to Houzillion.
Can I practice real estate without a license?
No. Practicing Real Estate without a License is illegal. A designated professional licensed agent can take care of the real estate process.
What if I my lead goes with another agent?
Your lead is welcome to go with any other agent. In the event this other agent is NOT one of our designated real estate agents then your lead status will go from Active to Inactive.
Do I still participate in the raffle if my lead goes with another agent?
No. Only if your leads chooses one of Houzillion designated agents.
Can I get involved to convince my lead to buy with one of Houzillion designated agents?
No. You are NOT ALLOWED to get involved in the real estate process, not to ask or pressure your lead to stay with any of our designated agents directly or indirectly in any way. Houzillion reserves the right to terminate your raffle participation and terminate your account if done so. Read our Terms & Conditions
