  1. Houzillion  is committed to ensuring the privacy and security of your lead personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect this  information when you share it with our website.

  2. Information We Collect:

    • We collect personal contact information that you voluntarily provide to us when you use our website or services, such as lead name, last name & phone number, and address.

  3. How We Use Your Lead Information:

    • We use this information to collect interested leads and to get leads in contact with one of our designated real estate agents and their services. 

    • Your lead personal information will not be shared with third parties without their explicit consent, except as required by law.

  4. Protection of Consumer Loan Information:

    • We do not collect or request consumers' loan information. Any financial information provided to us by clients is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is only used for the purpose for which it was provided.

  5. Protection of Real Estate Process:

    • We do not share information about the real estate process, including any details about properties, transactions, or negotiations, without the consent of all parties involved.

  6. No Pressure Sales Approach:

    • We do not pressure clients to purchase or sell properties. Our approach is client-centric, and our designated agents strive to provide guidance and support throughout the real estate process without imposing any undue influence.

  7. Third-Party Links:

    • Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Please note that we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.

  8. Data Security:

    • We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your  lead personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

    • Despite our best efforts, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

TERMS

1.  The Term:

  • The term of the Login license granted herein shall be concurrent with the term of the terms and conditions agreement  between Houzillion and the Lead Spotter. Subject to the conditions herein, the term of such agreement shall commence on the date of your first logging onto the Houzillion website and/or otherwise accessing the website and shall extend until terminated by you, or Houzillion.

2.  Limitation of Liability: 

  • Houzillion is not responsible for the behaviors, negotiations, agreement or disagreements  of the designated real estate professionals or third party involved in any way.  

  • Houzillion will not be held liable for any third party website down time, or delays.

3.  The Agreement: 

  • Houzillion refers to a lead finder as a lead spotter interchangeably.

  • Houzillion refers to High Quality Lead "HQL" as a person or group of people willing, able and ready to purchase or list and sell their home in the current market.

  • Houzillion refers to "Current Market" as the first 90 days upon lead registration.

  • Houzillion refers to "Willing, Able and Ready" as a lead who has entered a real estate transaction passing loan conditions with one of our designated real estate agents.

  • Houzillion has four types of lead status:  Processing ; Active ; High Quality Lead ; Inactive

  • Lead Status (1)Processing:  Means lead has been contacted by Houzillion.  (2)Active: Means lead has chosen one of our designated agents.  (3)HQL: Means lead is willing, able and ready to purchae or  list and sell their house in the current market.  (4)Inactive: Means lead has decided not to proceed, or has chosen another agent not designated by Houzillion.

  • Houzillion keeps leads registration from designated agents confidential.

  • Lead finder must first agree to Houzillion "Term & Conditions" before leads registration.

  • Lead finder understands that Houzillion does not hold a real estate license.

  • Lead finder understand that practicing real estate without a license is illegal.

  • Lead finder agrees not to market or promote themselves as real estate professionals, Houzillon sales person or  pretend to be involved in the real estate transaction in any way.

  • Lead finder understand they hold no control of the lead distribution to a real estate professional, therefore cannot enforce leads to go to a specific agent, lender or title company.

  • Lead finder agrees not to act as a houzillion employee, sub-agent or recruiter.  

  • Lead spotter are strictly considered a raffle participant solely to find and register leads.

4.  Indemnification: 

  • By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Houzillion, its members, designated agents, or leads harmless from and against losses, expenses, damage & cost including reasonable attorneys' fees.

5.  Registration:

  • By registering your leads, you agree not to hold Houzillion, its members, designated agents, or registered leads liable during or after the real estate process.

  • First come first serve lead submission.  If the same lead is submitted multiple times Houzillion will consider the first lead finder who registered said lead.

  • Houzillion considers a new lead  as a unique person or group of people or associated people wanting to purchase or list and sell a house under the same transaction.

  • New registered leads associated or correlated with another already registered leads wanting to purchase or list and sell a house under the same transaction will be considered as an "Associated Lead". 

  • Houzillion will honor inactive leads for up to 12 months.  Houzillion will send a notification 30 days prior  to register the same lead once again.  If lead is not re-registered after this first 12 months, a new lead finder will be able to claim lead as their own.  If no ones claims lead  then lead will belong to Houzillion Data Records.

  • Lead finders agree to by registering leads will get a chance to participate only if said lead converts to a  High Quality Lead "HQL".  Houzillion does not imply any other type of compensation whatsoever.

  • Inactive leads will remain inactive until another lead finder registers same lead as new.  If no registration occurs then lead will be archive into Houzillon Data Records.

6.  Assignment:

  • You may not transfer, sell, or assign any rights or obligations in or to the company or this agreement to anyone else, and any attempt to do so shall be void.

  • You may not transfer, sell or assign registered leads to another lead spotter or another company, any attempt to do so shall be void.

  • No Assignment or lead assignment will be allowed, any attempt to do so shall be void.

7.  Modification of this Agreement:  

  • Houzillion reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the company is offered. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these change of terms and conditions sent to you via email.  Continued use of the company system constitutes acceptance of these changes.

8.  Breach of Contract:

  • Houzillion reserves the right to terminate agreement for breach of contract

  • "Not complying with Houzillion terms and conditions" is considered breach of contract.

9.  Obligations:  

  • Houzillion it's not obligated to disclose lead real estate process or to give designated agents info.

  • Houzillion is not obligated and does not guaranteed "On time" payments to all lead Finders.

  • Lead finder is not obligated to register leads within any given time frame, nor obligated to promote, market or publicly express benefits of the Houzillion as a company.

10.  Lead Finder Participation:  

  • Houzillion considers all lead finders as "Raffle Participants", therefore does not pressure and will never ask for leads submissions.  Is solely up to the lead finder to register leads, and participate to get a chance to win money. 

  • Houzillion emphasis a "No Pressure Sales Approach" for the Registration of interested people (leads) wanting to purchase or sell a home in the current market.

  • Houzillion refers to a Lead Finder as a person who manages relationships, recommends our educational series, and lets our designated agents take care of negotiations of the real estate sale. 

  • Lead finder MUST NOT get involved in the real estate process.

  • Lead finder MUST NOT recommend any real estate professional after lead registration.

  • Lead finder as a raffle winner is responsible for creating an Intuit account to get paid via direct deposit.

  • Lead finder is responsible for keeping Intuit account info secured.

  • Lead finder is responsible to update Intuit bank account info.

11.  Monthly Raffles

  • Only Lead spotters with high quality leads will be able to participate in our monthly raffle.

  • Lead spotters with multiple high quality leads will have a higher chance to win.

  • Every high quality lead counts as one raffle ticket, the more tickets the higher the chances to win.

  • Houzillion Raffles will be announced 3 days before day of raffle via email. 

  • Raffle winner(s) will be announced the same day of the raffle (every 15th of the month).  Winner's ticket will be automatically redeemed, remaining tickets will roll over for our next following raffle.

  • Raffle losers tickets will be rolled over to our next following raffle.

POLICY

  1. To ensure your safety and security  Houzillion never asks collected leads for personal information, identification, sensitive documents, or bank details during or after leads distribution process. Houzillion will present leads with multiple options to choose their own agent and have access to their respective educational series.

  2. Houzillion does not obligate leads to make any purchases of any kind.  Furthermore, Houzillion does not require raffle participant "lead spotter" to make any real estate purchases or  collet  or make payments on our behalf.

  3. Right to access Houzillion Login access is permitted via a valid Houzillion login.  Houzillion will collect through your Login, information including, but not limited to, name, phone number, email and home address of yourself as for the leads you register.

  4. LOGIN GRANT AND RESTRICTIONS.  Login is subject to accepting the terms and conditions and your participation solely as a lead spotter.  Houzillion grants to you, and you accept, a nonexclusive, non-transferable, revocable Login to access the Houzilling System and any lead registration only as authorized in this "Agreement" for purposes of finding  real estate seller leads. This grant does not include the right to source code or change, modified or link Houzillion  to any 3rd party website or system.

  5. Restrictions. Except as expressly set forth in the Independent Contractor Agreement, you may not (a) copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise translate the Houzilion System; (b) disable any Logins or control features of the Houizillion System.  You may not license, sublicense, rent, or sell the Houzillion System (or any portion thereof); (d) use the Houzillion System in any way which would violate any federal, state, provincial local law, ordinance, judicial ruling or administrative rule or regulation; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Houzilion System by any means; or (f) access the Houzillion System via any automated process or application, including without limitation, scrapers, robots, and spiders (excessive usage volumes and/or use of the Houzillion System in a manner that sends more requests to the server in any given period of time than a typical human would normally produce may be used as evidence of a violation of this provision). Under no circumstances shall you make available for access or otherwise transfer directly or indirectly to a third party, in whole or in part, the Houzillion System or the associated lead registrations, without Houzillion  prior written consent.

  6. Limitations on Use; Houzillion Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that Houzillion must have granted you the right, at all times, to access the Houzillion member's area.  In order to retain the login granted, you must accept Houzillion Terms & Conditions. You warrant that you currently have such rights from Houzillion and that you are member or subscriber in good standing with said Company. You agree to be bound by the terms of said Agreement as well as any changes, amendments, or successor agreements hereto.

  7. Operational Requirements. You are responsible for complying with Houzillion minimum operational requirements, including any updates and upgrades. These minimum operational requirements can be modified from time to time by Houzillion.

  8.  Use of Third Party Data.  Houzillion is not affiliated with any third party companies as (Intuit, MLS ; Realtor.com ; Zillow ; Trulia ; Redfin).  The Houzillion System may give you limited capability to export, copy, compile, print or report Houzilion Records Information.  Neither this Agreement nor the presence of any features implicitly or explicitly grants you any rights to use Houzillion or such "Third Party System" Information in any way other than permitted by the owner of such system Information.  Houzillion System access alone does not grant you any right to re-commercialize data, in whole or in part, by selling, licensing, renting, distributing or otherwise transferring rights in the system Information to any other party for any purpose whatsoever.

  9. HOUZILLION PROPRIETARY RIGHTS. You acknowledge and agree that the Houzillion System (and any modifications, upgrades or improvements) and associated documentation (and any revisions) are proprietary products of Houzillion protected under U.S. copyright law. You further acknowledge and agree that all right, title, and interest in and to the Houzilion System, Houzillion Data Records, and associated documentation (including modifications, upgrades or improvements) as well as associated intellectual property rights, are and shall remain with Houzillion. This Agreement does not convey to you an interest in or to the Houizillion System, but only a limited right of use terminable in accord with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  10. TERMINATION.  This Agreement shall terminate upon the occurrence of any of the following:

    (1) you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement; (2) you lack access rights due to inactivity;  (3) you are no longer a member in good standing of Houzillion; (4) A complaint from one of our designated agent will discontinue your access; or (5) the agreement between the Houzillon and Lead Spotter terminates.

  11. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY, TERMS, POLICY.  We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy, terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.

  12. DISCLAIMER.  HOUZILLION IS A LEAD GENERATING COMPANY FOR REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS.  WE ARE NOT A BROKER, WE ARE NOT LICENSED IN REAL ESTATE IN ANY STATE, WE PAY OUR RAFFLE PARTICIPANTS  VIA INTUIT,  WE’RE NOT ASSOCIATED WITH INTUIT OR ANY THIRD PARTY COMPANIES.  THE HOUZILLION  SYSTEM, THE SOFTWARE AND ANY RELATED INFORMATION ARE LICENSED "AS IS" AND HOUZILLION  DISCLAIMS THERE'S NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
